I was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Moved to the United States and became an American citizen, living in California and Oregon. I presently live in Eastern Oregon with my husband, Jim, who owns a horse ranch in Mt. Vernon. I am a proud Mom of two grown daughters and a Nana to a wonderful grandson. Living in "God's Country", a term often referred to Grant County, gives me many photographic opportunities because of the uniqueness of the country. I have developed my own line of greeting cards, incorporating my photos. It is called "CQ West Wind... true life. I try to use my photography to visually tell a story depicting true life.
